Refund Policy

Trials first

Every workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no card required — the trial exists so you never have to pay to find out whether Auto Hunt fits your business.

Subscription payments

• If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — tell us within 14 days and we will refund it in full.
• If the service was materially unavailable for more than 24 hours in a billed month, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for that month.
• Change-of-mind refunds for a partly used month are not provided; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the period ends.

AI credit top-ups

• Unused top-up credits are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Credits already consumed by AI usage are not refundable.

How to request

Email billing@autohunt.lk from your account email with the invoice number (AH-… on Settings → Billing). Refunds are processed to the original payment method through OnePay within 7 working days of approval.
