The service

Auto Hunt CRM is a subscription service that connects your WhatsApp Business number to a shared team inbox with AI assistance, sales pipelines, campaigns and order management. You need your own Meta WhatsApp Business account; you are responsible for complying with Meta's terms for that account.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials safe.
• No spam: campaign and messaging features must be used in line with WhatsApp's Business Messaging policy — opted-in recipients, honoured opt-outs.
• No unlawful content, no abuse of other tenants, no attempts to bypass workspace isolation.
• We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules; where practical we will warn first.

Subscriptions and billing

• Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial.
• Paid plans bill monthly in Sri Lankan Rupees through OnePay. Prices are shown before you pay.
• AI usage is metered in credits; each plan includes a monthly allowance and top-up packs can be purchased.
• If a renewal payment fails we retry and email you; after a grace period the workspace becomes read-only until payment. Your data is not deleted for non-payment during that period.
• You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.

Your data

Your workspace's content belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your contacts and request deletion.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for actions of WhatsApp/Meta such as template rejections or number restrictions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
